Energy Healing Series- Root Chakra: Grounding Scattered Energy

Friends, this is an opportunity to rest and receive! I cannot begin to express how important it is to maintain energetic alignment during this particularly charged time in our world.  These powerful energy healing transmissions are designed to rebalance and restore your entire system, releasing blockages and making space to embrace your fullest potential. The 3-part series is based on the first 3 Chakras and each one will provide a unique healing experience. We will begin with some brief gentle movement and then settle into a long and cozy resting period where I will talk you through guided visualizations and send energy healing from my light body to yours. Energy is not restricted by the confines of space or time, so you will receive the transmissions just as powerfully as when we are in the room together.

Session 1- Root Chakra: Grounding Scattered Energy

Grounding your energy is SO important during busy and chaotic times. If you are feeling anxious, flighty, confused, lost, fearful, unstable, alone... your Root Chakra is out of balance. On the collective level, we have ALL been destabilized over the past year. Staying grounded is foundational to our spiritual growth. This session will be aimed at calming the nervous system and embodying the grounding earth energy of the first chakra.
