The Land of Fire & Ice!
Volcanic landscapes and thermal springs, along with glacial rivers and gushing waterfalls give Iceland its well-loved nickname. Iceland is known for its unique and breathtaking scenery. We are headed North (way North!) to an area with friendly vibes and wide open spaces. Our home for the week is a peaceful sanctuary surrounded by stunning mountains and fjords. The time of year means we get to enjoy the greenery, longer days and milder weather of summer while still having a chance to catch a glimpse of the famous northern lights.


Picture yourself starting each day with a hot beverage on the patio and an intentional yoga practice to feel great in your body, then a lovingly prepared meal before heading out to explore. Just like our days begin in serenity, we will end our evenings with a relaxing yoga practice or a sunset soak in the hot tub. This retreat is an opportunity to experience Iceland but also to connect with new friends and take time to restore yourself. Yoga and connection together in awe-inspiring nature means we can come home to a remembrance of what really matters. We will have time to be social and explore, and also time to slow down and soak it all in.
Our property is spacious and cozy with an in-house sauna, outdoor thermal hot tub and lots of space for exploring and relaxing. Single and shared rooms are available. We will have a couple of meals out at restaurants and most meals catered at home in our beautiful surroundings.
Activities include daily yoga and group connection, exploring the quaint towns and stunning landscapes of the north, local hikes around the property, soaking in the Forest Lagoon, a joyful day hiking with huskies and more! Hello, beautiful friends! I'm SO glad you're here! Iceland is a place that I quickly fell in love with and I am thrilled to share this journey with you. My intention for our classes is always to help you feel more connected in your body, to settle your busy mind, to provide the spaciousness for you to receive clarity, inspiration and inner guidance. Classes include movement, breath, energetics, meditation and journaling. I include elements of energizing flowing vinyasa, gentle stretching yoga, and the stillness of yin. Practicing together in beautiful locations surrounded by incredible nature is the greatest gift. It's OK if you have not been consistent with your yoga lately! Retreats are the perfect place to find your way back. Always reach out with any questions. I'm so excited to share this adventure with you.
