This one is for the ladies! Rest, rejuvenate, slow down and make new friends in our tropical paradise. Yoga, meditation, breathing, journaling and intentional connection will guide our week. Our incredible surroundings, days filled with sunshine and laughter, and the joy of sisterhood make it truly unforgettable!
THE RESORT
Nestled amongst lush jungle and beautiful surf, Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort is a world-renowned destination for yoga, wellness and intentional living. The resort highlights simple luxury accommodations, caring staff, incredibly nourishing food, serene salt water pools and winding jungle pathways. We practice in beautiful nature-immersed yoga shalas where we can truly tap into the energy of our surroundings. The resort is a 15-minute stroll to the surf-friendly beach, Playa Guiones.
OUR DAYS
6:30am Coffee and tea poolside for the early risers
7:30am Yoga- gentle stretches, breath and flowing Vinyasa to energize the day (adaptable for all levels)
9:00am Breakfast
*Free time and lunch
3:30pm Afternoon session: gentle yoga, meditation, connection circles
5:00pm Sunset/ swimming at the beach
6:30pm dinner and socializing
This is an example of our daily schedule. Some days will shift for other activities- like sunset yoga, a special beachside dinner, local markets and other optional excursions.
*Free time: whether you are seeking adventure or total relaxation, there are many options to choose from. Visit the beach and tide pools, check out local shops, indulge in spa treatments, take off on a guided tour, try out surf lessons, or simply slow down and sink in.

Hi, I’m Becky! I am so very honored to share this journey with you! I am a yoga instructor and intuitive energy healer. I fell in love with Nosara (and with yoga) many years ago and I immediately envisioned the day that I would bring groups of people together to share this magic. I am now passionately living out this dream and I’m so grateful to everyone who has trusted me to hold this space. Yoga retreats are my passion- I've hosted over 15 in Nosara alone, plus others around the world. I look forward to expertly guiding you every step of the way!
