Calling all fabulous women for a soul nourishing week of yoga, connection, laughter, and sisterhood.  In the town of Nosara, Costa Rica, we are immersed in lush jungle, sparkling sunshine and flowing ocean waves. It is a place where beautiful connections are made and we can slow down our busy lives to tap into deep rejuvenation.

The Resort:

Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort is a world-renowned destination for yogis, surfers and seekers. It highlights simple luxury accommodations, caring staff, incredible meals, salt water pools and breathtaking jungle pathways. We meet twice daily in nature-immersed yoga shalas to connect and practice together. The resort is a 15-minute stroll to the beautiful beach of Playa Guiones where surfing is a way of life and everyone gathers to appreciate the joy of sunsets over the Pacific Ocean.

 

Our Flow (Sample daily schedule):

6:15am coffee and tea poolside for the early risers

7:15am Yoga- best way to start the day!

9:00am Breakfast- so fresh, so delicious

midday free time and lunch

3:30pm Afternoon session- connection groups, gentler styles of yoga and meditation

5:30pm Sunset and swimming at the beach

6:30pm dinner and socializing

 

This is our sample daily schedule. Some days will shift to add in some extra special activities!

 

During free time there are abundant options to relax or adventure. Explore the town or beach, check out local markets and shops, indulge in spa treatments, take off on an excursion, try out surf lessons, or hang by the pools and soak it all in.

• 3 meals per day, served buffet-style in the open-air restaurant. The food is fresh, local and so delicious!  Vegetarian, vegan, meat, fish and gluten-free options are plentiful.

Not included:

• Flight (closest airport is Liberia International)

• Shuttle to Bodhi Tree (2.5 hour ride from Liberia.) One way trip ranges from $45 + tax (group) to $160 + tax (private). I will coordinate the shuttles based on arrival times.

• Juice bar and alcoholic beverages

• One sunset dinner outside of the resort

• Extras such as spa, community classes offered at the resort, surf lessons and tours.

Treetops King: Luxurious King bed and private bathroom. Spacious and filled with light, a shared balcony overlooking the jungle and pool with ocean views in the distance.

Treetops Queen: Private Queen bedroom and bathroom. Open and bright with a balcony overlooking the jungle and pool.

$4000 per person

 

Deluxe Casita: Spacious 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom unit with a seating area and outdoor patio surrounded by jungle. $4000 per person

 

Casita: 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom unit with shared living area, kitchenette and patio.
